Dominvs Hospitality, part of Dominvs Group, held a Grand Opening event on November 19, 2015 at its new Crowne Plaza hotel located at Aberdeen International Airport.
The 165 bedroom, luxury hotel was officially unveiled by the Provost of Aberdeenshire – Councillor Hamish - in a grand ceremony attended by Dominvs Group’s partners, consultants, colleagues and local stakeholders, including contractor McAleer & Rushe, architect Dexter Moren and Intercontinental Hotels Group.

In addition to the luxury bedrooms, Crowne Plaza Aberdeen Airport, which is positioned just 100 metres from the airport’s passenger terminal, provides residents with a gym, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Starbucks cafe and 24 hour room service. Business facilities include a conference centre and ten meeting rooms. All this is served by over 250 visitor car parking spaces.
Crowne Plaza Aberdeen is the third Crowne Plaza hotel in Scotland after Edinburgh and Glasgow and has created 65 new jobs for the local area.
Dominvs Hospitality also owns the 193 bedroom Holiday Inn Express Aberdeen Airport which opened in May 2016. Dominvs’ hotel portfolio includes the Holiday Inn Darlington North, Mercure Sheffield Parkway and Holiday Inn Dumfries hotels. The group has a pipeline of other hotels under construction including developments in Manchester, Oxford and London.
