PREMIUM property developer Dandara has been nominated for nine prizes in the UK round of the International Property Awards, with the newly launched Forbes Place PRS community in Aberdeen receiving a third of the nominations.
Forbes Place at Stoneywood, which is the first private rental scheme (PRS) development in Aberdeen, has been recognised in the Architecture Residential High Rise Development, Apartment/Condominium and Development Marketing categories.
The premium developer’s Stoneywood and Hazelwood developments in the north-east of Scotland were also acknowledged with the Townhouse at Waterton Mews in Stoneywood shortlisted in the Architecture Single Residence category and Hazelwood’s Beech Walk development nominated in the Residential Development category and in the Residential Property category for the Cherry bungalow house style.
Dandara is also in the running for a further three prizes for its developments on the Isle of Man and in Bedfordshire.

The UK Property Awards are judged by a panel of more than 70 highly respected experts from all over the world, chaired by two active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness and Lord Best.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on Friday, October 28, 2016 and will progress to the next stage of ‘World’s Best’ which will take place in December 2016.
