CyberPrism, the leading Operational Technology (OT) cyber security firm, has today announced the latest in a series of strategic appointments to its team as it looks to expand its operations across both UK and international markets, with Richard Holley joining as head of partnerships and revenue.

Richard’s appointment comes at the end of a highly successful year for the Aberdeen-based business, having expanded its customer base and grown its reputation across the industry. He brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record in optimising and enhancing enterprise IT and OT environments, balancing security with cost efficiency and user experience.

As head of partnerships and revenue, Richard will hold a strategic leadership role, assuming responsibility for the creation of new revenue streams across the UK and international markets. He will also focus on developing and formalising the organisation's partnership programme to strengthen collaborations and expand growth opportunities further.

With an impressive career spanning major roles at industry giants such as Fujitsu, DXC, NTT and Dell, Richard has significant experience in driving transformational initiatives for major enterprises. His role with 3DOT Solutions focussed on smaller, high-growth technology companies.

CyberPrism managing director Martin Smith said: “Richard’s recent experience in IT and OT cybersecurity companies further enhances our skill set in today’s rapidly evolving technology landscape, and his tenacity, enthusiasm, and strategic mindset will be a real asset to CyberPrism and our clients.

“His leadership will play a crucial role in strengthening our partnerships and driving revenue growth."
