Local creative marketing agency Mearns & Gill announces the appointment of Pete McIntosh as Business Development Manager.
Pete’s focus will see him build on the agency’s on-site studio capabilities and service offering which includes its partnership with Roy Stewart of Stream Television, video production, audio podcasts, video podcasts and media training. The studio space, which is over 1,000 sq ft, is located at the agency’s Carden Place premises and houses a green screen, lighting, autocue, AV support services and has 4k camera capabilities.
Pete has over 20 years’ experience working within advertising, marketing and media, with over 15 years of that time spent within the commercial side of radio. Pete will continue to work as a presenter of early morning radio on local station Original 106 alongside his Mearns & Gill role.
Last year Mearns & Gill announced it had a record turnover growth year of over 70%, compared to the previous year, reaching £2.9million in 2022-23. To manage this growth, Mearns & Gill has recruited 7 new members to the team in the last 20 months across every aspect of the business. The agency headcount now sits at 23 team members.
