The old BT building in Aberdeen city centre has hit the market for £2million.
The New Telecom House, which housed hundreds of BT employees until the company left the building in November 2020, consists of 12 open-plan floors with owners Fore Partnership keen to get someone in to revitalise the unit.
The 80,000sq ft office closed amid the CV19 pandemic with more staff working from home and the renewal of the lease becoming too costly
But architects have come up with a number of options to the building, including turning it into flats or a hotel.
