CHAP Construction in conjunction with Aberdeen City Council

CHAP Construction in conjunction with Aberdeen City Council will be holding an event on Tuesday 10th April at St George’s Church on Hayton Road to develop new relationships with local sub-contractors to support the construction of the new Tillydrone Community Hub.

The Proposed new Tillydrone Community Hub on Hayton Road, will provide a range of local services to support the community such as social space access to local services and suitable space for activities for people of all ages.

The development replaces the shopping centre on Hayton Road. The new community hub will include a library, crèche, IT area, café, retail space and a business start-up unit.

Aberdeen City Council has committed £4.1m towards the complex, while a further £1.9 million grant has been received from the Scottish Government’s. Construction of this exciting new community facility will require a number of building trades led by CHAP Construction.

Session timings:

  • 12 noon: Arrival and welcome
  • 12:15: Presentation by CHAP Group
  • 12:20: Opportunities to join our Supply Chain lists
  • 12:30: Open Q & A session and the opportunity to have a 1-2-1 with CHAP Managers

CHAP Construction would like to meet suppliers who offer the following services: plumbing, mechanical, joinery, masonry and electrical works.
