A networking and business development specialist is holding an event next month which will allow delegates the opportunity to share information and establish business relationships.

Aberdeen Business Network (ABN) is holding the latest edition of its Face-to-Face (F2F) networking event on Tuesday, October 4 at the city’s Copthorne Hotel.

Andrew Smith, director of ABN, said: “Networking has become a crucial tool for companies, now more so than ever considering the current business climate.

“We’d encourage firms to send delegates along to meet new people and forge business relationships.”

Aberdeen Business Network (ABN) hosts monthly networking and business skills development events across the city. More than £11 million worth of business has been won by local members in the past seven years - a result of the connections established through ABN.

It also operates an online business community, ABNCommunity.com, which has more than 5,850 members from the local area and provides users with the opportunity to meet potential new clients, swap contact details, follow up on connections made at offline networking events and win business.

So far, ABNCommunity has registered more than 600 new members in 2016 emphasising the importance of networking to businesses across Aberdeen and the surrounding area.
