More than 100 businesspeople are set to attend a series of networking events in the coming weeks designed to help companies expand their connections.
Business development and networking specialist Aberdeen Business Network (ABN), which also runs the 5,000-plus member website ABNCommunity.com, is holding a total of 40 local networking and training events in 2015.
On Tuesday, September 1, ABN is hosting an interactive lunch and learn session focused on boosting delegates’ business development skills. The event, Advanced ABNCommunity for Business Development (The Secrets), takes place at social enterprise Inspire on the city’s Beach Boulevard between 10:30am and 12pm.
ABN is also holding its M4 Networking event – where each delegate is guaranteed to meet everyone in the room – on Tuesday, September 15. The event, sponsored by CFF Contractors, will be held at the Aberdeen Sports Village, Linksfield Road between 4pm and 6pm.
Finally, the company’s Face-to-Face networking format takes place on Tuesday, October 6 at the Copthorne Hotel, Huntly Street between 4pm and 6pm.
Andrew Smith, director at ABN, said: “Bookings are currently being taken for these upcoming events and we have already seen a strong level of interest from our members. Each format provides new business opportunities for delegates to help them further grow their companies and ensure they reach their full potential.
“It’s been an extremely positive year for Aberdeen Business Network with our online community having grown to more than 5,000 unique users, while we continue to explore new ways of adding value to our members.”
