Amuse is delighted to bring back the special Burns Night celebration on Saturday, January 15, 2025. In partnership with The Macallan, this evening celebrates Scotland’s rich heritage with a perfect blend of world-class whisky and Amuse’s signature cuisine.
The evening will feature a five course tasting menu crafted by chef Kevin Dalgleish, paired with rare and exceptional drams from one of Scotland’s most iconic distilleries.
Guests will also experience the cherished tradition of the Address to the Haggis, along with insights into the whisky pairings from The Macallan’s luxury brand ambassador, Katrina Craig.
