CALA Homes, which has developments across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, has achieved the maximum five-star rating in an independent customer satisfaction survey.
The survey, from industry body the Home Builders Federation (HBF), measures customer satisfaction levels amongst new home purchasers. The five-star accolade is only given to companies where more than 90 per cent of their customers would recommend the housebuilder to a friend. In this year’s survey CALA scored more than 93 per cent to achieve the maximum five stars.
Over the last 10 years, CALA has scored an average of more than 93 per cent in the survey, which has been run annually since 2005.
Kevin Whitaker, CEO at CALA Homes, said: “The HBF Customer Satisfaction survey is extremely important to us as the positive feedback comes directly from the people who buy our homes. We are very proud to once again be awarded the maximum five star rating, a validation of the exceptional experience and product we offer our customers.
“Being a five-star homebuilder requires the commitment of the whole CALA team, from the board room to construction site, including our suppliers and subcontractors. This accolade is testament to the passion and hard work the team delivers day in, day out to create the high-quality homes that purchasers expect from CALA.”
Stewart Baseley, Executive chairman of the Home Builders Federation, said: “Getting a positive endorsement from the people who buy and live in the homes they build has to be the number one priority for a successful home builder. A five-star rating demonstrates quite clearly that the processes and culture put in place to achieve this are being implemented effectively across the business. Delivering such high levels of customer satisfaction should provide customers with real confidence in the company and the homes that they build.”
CALA Homes currently has five live developments across the North-east – Cults Park in Cults; CALA at Grandhome in Bridge of Don; Craibstone Estate in Aberdeen; Milltimber Manor at Oldfold Village in Milltimber; and The Grove in Inverurie.
