Cadherent, a leading engineering, 3D survey and visualisation consultancy, is excited to announce a significant restructuring aimed at driving growth and enhancing service delivery across multiple sectors.
As part of an ambitious plan to triple turnover over the next four years Cadherent are onboarding five long standing team members as equity-holding directors.
The newly appointed directors – Neil Thomson, Paul Morrice, Scott Forbes, Tony Butcher and Lindsey Ward – have each been integral to Cadherent’s development to date with a combined service of over 55 years. Their extensive experience and commitment to the operation positions them perfectly to lead the company through this transformative period.
“We are thrilled to welcome the directors to their new roles,” said David Thomson, Managing Director of Cadherent.
“The new directors will all assume critical areas of responsibility, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency to better serve our existing and new clients.
"There is to be a strong focus on learning and development with one of the directors dedicated to ensure suitable support and mentoring is available for our younger team members.
"Their leadership and vision will be instrumental as we embark on our ambitious growth strategy. This will not only strengthen our existing team but attract future team members who are keen to develop within their engineering field.
"Cadherent is committed to continuous improvement, honest and transparent client communication. The restructuring is testament to our unwavering dedication to growth, innovation and superior client service and understanding.”
