Business Women Connections, Aberdeen (BWC), a franchise of Business Women Scotland will have their final breakfast meeting and closing event for 2024, ‘Business Connections’, on Wednesday, November 27.
The event will be held at Village Hotel, Kingswells, starting at 07.45am until 10.00am. Both members and non-members are very welcome to come along and join this refreshing business community tailored for women.
The morning will start with a light breakfast followed by guest speakers Suz Bird, freelance marketing and social media strategist and head of social for BWC Aberdeen, who will be speaking about “Social Media simplified: strategic tips for meaningful business growth”, and Dr Rachel Milne, coach, workshop facilitator, motivational speaker and psychiatrist, who will discuss “Empowering You”, the importance of self-empowerment and authenticity.
Suz will cover simplifying social media for business and strategic tips for growth into 2025, sharing the behind-the-scenes strategising and planning that goes into the BWC Aberdeen Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, including the recent social media coverage of the 2024 Athena Awards.
Suz will also share insight into understanding user behaviour on social media, social media trends and insights, and consistently showing up with content that converts.
Meanwhile, Rachel will share insights and experience from her work as a Women's Empowerment Coach.
The morning will also include ample networking opportunities for attendees to take part in before ending.
