THE JOB
- Helping clients find their perfect solution, from a single product to a complete turnkey solution for the furniture and Interiors of a new build.
- Your professional, positive approach starts the process of building trust with your clients as soon as they make contact or visit the showroom.
- Through careful questioning, identifying your client’s requirements and creating a solution that matches all their needs and wants.
- Accurately process your client’s order to ensure smooth delivery & installation.
- Follow up and keep in touch with your clients. Keep them informed.
- Contribute to all other aspects of the smooth running of the showroom.

Have a good eye for sales and design:
- possibly from working in homewares showroom sales such as kitchens, bathrooms or furniture
- or selling high end fashion,
- or selling other high value products.
REQUIRED
- Customer service experience (At least 1 year required.)
- Sales experience (1 year preferred but not essential.)
- Design related experience (1 year preferred but not essential.)
- Minimum of HND or Degree level of education required.
- Legal permission to work in the UK
- Live within daily commuting distance of the showroom.
