An award-winning specialist North-east oil and gas industry fire safety protection company has established a cooperation agreement.
The agreement is with specialists in providing HVAC and refrigeration after-sales services to the marine and offshore industry, to strengthen its services to clients in the global oil and gas sector.
Blaze Manufacturing Solutions, established in 2006 by Howard and Ann Johnson, will share competence and knowledge with IES Callenberg, focusing onsafety critical solutions, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and controlling risk in pressurised areas.
Headquartered in Laurencekirk, Scotland, Blaze specialises in the design and supply of fire protection, fire and gas detection, control systems, loss prevention and consultancy services. The company is an accredited distributor for Xtralis, manufacturer of the market leading VESDA Aspirated smoke detection systems.
Blaze, is experienced in all types of safety of fire protection systems for offshore production platforms, drill rigs, floating production units, onshore oil fields, terminals, refineries and petrochemical plants. The company also provides a number of complementary products, safety critical systems and services.
IES Callenberg, a subsidiary of Callenberg Technology Group, delivers a wide portfolio of support and specialised after-sales services for HVAC installations and refrigeration machinery for offshore living quarters, machine rooms, storage facilities and technical areas.
The cooperation between Blaze and IES Callenberg will create a dynamic new offer that answers the market’s needs, offering added value to the clients by managing safety critical equipment and handling performance standards as a technical authority. The range of skills between the two companies, will offer clients a broader range of services that complement each other.
