Blackadders LLP has moved into its dynamic new office space in the heart of Dundee city centre.
The leading Scottish law firm and wealth management business moved today to DC Thomson’s Meadowside building after leasing the first floor from the content, technology and investments business. The firm has also created a new reception area and entrance on the ground floor from Euclid Crescent.
Emma Gray, Joint Managing Partner, said: “This has been a long time in the planning but we are delighted to be in our new home. We were determined to remain in the city centre so these offices give us everything we need.
“We’re not far from our old home and it is fantastic to be sharing the premises of DC Thomson.
Around 130 staff members who work in legal and support services across Commercial Property, Corporate, Employment, Dispute Resolution, Family Law, Private Client, Property, Residential and Rural Land and Business have moved to the open plan office.
The law firm’s Dundee office was on Reform Street in the city for more than 90 years.
Blackadders’ Joint Managing Partner Ryan McKay added: “This is the quality of office accommodation we want for our team and the new space will complement our other offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. It’s a commitment to Dundee and gives our people the bright and flexible space they need.”
