Blackadders LLP has announced the latest HR Club event on Wednesday, February 5 at the Park Inn by Radisson.

The events are designed to provide a platform for like-minded individuals to convene in a friendly, confidential setting. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions surrounding various issues, themes, and pertinent topics within the realm of HR and employment law.
The HR Club event will take place on Wednesday, February 5 at the Park Inn by Radisson in Aberdeen. The topic of the event will focus on “Holding protected conversations and negotiating settlement terms”. The HR Club’s focus topic will be on when and how to have a protected conversation, what you should say, how best to approach it and potential pitfalls and also consider the key settlement terms in Settlement Agreements and COT3 Agreements, and how best to negotiate these.
The session will also have the usual employment law updates and feature case studies and questions from attendees.
