Local Children’s charity Befriend a Child has welcomed Jenna Simpson as their new Fundraising Coordinator. Jenna will be responsible for community fundraising and sponsored events as well as supporting the team with their fundraising events, such as their annual Big Kids Ball and Barbie Boozy Brunch.
Jenna has a wealth of experience in the third sector and is a known face to many. Jenna said: “I’m really excited to join this fantastic team and play a part in making sure that local children receive the experiences and support that they deserve. It’s especially exciting to join Befriend a Child ahead of their 50th year celebrations, there’s so much to look forward to and I can’t wait to see the fundraising events come to life and meet the amazing people giving their time to fundraise for such a wonderful cause.”
