ATPI, the leading travel management agency and global partner to the energy sector has been announced as a finalist in the prestigious Scottish Green Energy Supply Chain Awards, acknowledging its incredible efforts in creating an inclusive, diverse and motivated workforce.
The Scottish Green Energy Supply Chain Awards celebrates the exceptional achievements of industry experts operating within the renewables sector throughout Scotland. Selected by the judging panel as a finalist for the Diversity and Culture category, ATPI received recognition for its people-first approach, highlighting its inclusivity and support of a positive and progressive workplace culture.
ATPI partners and collaborates with key organisations in Scotland’s renewable energy supply chain, ensuring companies are supported in their travel needs to optimise workforce efficiency. Through its commitment to external duty of care responsibilities and a comprehensive internal well-being framework, ATPI ensures its team remain safe, supported, happy, and healthy. This is also supported by the implementation of several health and wellbeing initiatives as well as consistent training to aid development and create a consistent improvement cycle.
The success of ATPI’s people-first approach is underpinned by the high retention rates of ATPI's Scotland-based team which is around 97%, with the wider companies' client retention and feedback rate spanning to 98%. ATPI’s global staff survey also received a scoring of 91%-satisfaction rating.
