Aberdeen-based haulage firm ARR Craib Transport Ltd has put two fully serviced office suites on the rental market following an expansion of its headquarters in Dyce.
The company bought an office building and a yard next to its base on the Kirkhill Industrial Estate late last year as it was rapidly outgrowing available space. However, not all of the office accommodation in the new annexe is required for ARR Craib’s operations and these suites are now available to rent.
The ground floor office suite is approximately 860 sq ft and contains five separate offices linked by a central corridor. The second space, which is on the first floor, also has five offices, but is larger at 1,475 sq ft. Both have their own tea preparation facilities. ARR Craib Transport Ltd CEO Eddie Anderson says, “Our workforce in Dyce has expanded over the past two to three years and as a consequence space has been at a premium. The building next door to our own site became available last year, and offered the perfect solution.
“Some operations have already been moved into The Annexe, but as this is quite a large premises we do not require all of the available space. The offices have been refurbished with new flooring, ceilings and décor throughout, and offer everything required of a modern office complex.”
Each suite has zoned access control with video entry system, and there is also a zoned intruder alarm. The accommodation also offers new structured communications cabling terminated within each office suite and separate from all other data networks in the building. A generous allocation of car parking spaces for tenants is another feature of The Annexe.
These suites offer ideal accommodation for small or growing businesses or specific projects and are available for lease for 12 to 36 months, or longer by negotiation. They are available separately or together.

ARR Craib Transport Ltd provides transport and logistics services within the local, radial, UK and international transport markets.
