Arnlea are delighted to announce the appointment of two new members of staff, Dima Al-Hwaidi as project/account manager, and Roshanak Abedi as SaaS delivery specialist.
Both Dima and Roshanak bring a vast amount of experience to their new roles which will greatly enhance Arnlea’s customer service and streamline the process of onboarding new clients onto their field inspection software, Nexar.
Dima Al-Hwaidi, who has joined Arnlea as Project/Account Manager, has a background in Account Management, Project Management, Global Expansion, Partnership Management, and Software Development. She holds a degree in Computer Science and an MBA specialising in Business Strategy, making her exceptionally well-equipped to support Arnlea’s customers and ensure the smooth execution of their projects. Dima’s unique blend of technical and managerial skills will be invaluable as they continue to deliver innovative software solutions to their clients.
Roshanak Abedi and Dima Al-Hawadi
Roshanak Abedi, who has joined Arnlea as SaaS Delivery Specialist, brings extensive experience from her previous roles as a Data Analyst and Data Specialist. She holds a degree in Computer Software Engineering, a Master's in Architectural Engineering, and a postgraduate degree in Data Science. Her expertise will be beneficial when onboarding new clients and migrating their existing data to Arnlea’s field service management software, Nexar. Roshanak’s comprehensive knowledge and meticulous approach will ensure seamless transitions and enhanced client experiences.
