What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Customer Engagement: Answer queries with promptness and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
  • Content Update: Regularly refresh our help documentation to keep it clear, concise, and useful.
  • Invoice Management: Keep customer accounts in check by managing billing and invoice activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Training: Conduct insightful training sessions that empower customers to fully utilize our platform.
  • Referral Advocacy: Encourage satisfied customers to refer others, expanding our client base organically.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers, becoming their go-to for problem-solving.
  • Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance customer engagement with our additional services.
  • Usage Monitoring: Track and report on customers’ platform usage, providing insights to both the team and the client.
  • Team Support: Assist team members on various projects and tasks to foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Essential experience: Three years in a similar customer experience role
  • Desired experience: Educated to degree level, experience in SAAS, sales experience
