As the seasons change, so do the flavours at Amuse.
From October 2, Amuse will introduce its updated A la carte menu, alongside the return of the "Six of the Best" tasting menu – now in its Autumn edition. Expect dishes that celebrate the best of the season, from root vegetables like crapaudine beetroot to fresh Johnshaven shellfish and aged roe deer from local farms, all complemented by hearty sauces such as bourguignon and classic beurre blanc.
Kevin Dalgleish, Chef Patron of Amuse, shares, “Autumn is a time of abundance, and we’re excited to bring that to our guests through our new menus. We’ve poured our passion into crafting dishes that celebrate the season’s finest offerings, and we can’t wait for everyone to experience it.”
To complement the autumnal dishes, new cocktails featuring some of Scotland’s finest whiskies will also be on offer – perfect for warming up on a crisp day.
