Westhill-based HR consultancy Align People HR has appointed Elisha Clarke as its new HR Assistant.
Elisha relocated from Edinburgh where she was working as an HR Assistant at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.
With a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and the experience from her previous role, Elisha is well placed to support the Align People HR team with daily tasks on behalf of their clients.
Since joining the business in August, Elisha is enjoying the variety of work that comes with a consultancy position. She said, “My favourite thing about working at Align is how diverse every day is at the workplace. There is always something different going on and a new task from a different client to work on, and I really enjoy that kind of working environment. It keeps things so interesting and challenging as you’ve got to be prepared and informed about everything that is going on.”
Elisha will play a key role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. She added, “My goal is to maintain a well-organised, compliant, and positive workplace environment while supporting the smooth operation of HR processes for our clients”.
