Aberdeen based Align People HR has appointed Anisha Badial as their newest HR Assistant, marking a significant addition to the team. Anisha joins the firm after six years of employment in the hospitality industry.
Currently in the final year of her part-time Business Management degree through Robert Gordon University, Anisha has chosen a blended approach to her employment. Her interest in HR was sparked during her previous role, where she took the lead in the training and development of staff.
Anisha's primary focus at Align People HR is on recruitment for clients, where she will apply her skills to help clients foster inclusive and engaged work environments. Simultaneously, she will provide invaluable assistance to all members of the team whilst continuing to support the company’s continued expansion.
