Albyn School is delighted to offer all pupils in the North-east preparing to sit National 5 and Higher exams the opportunity to join its targeted Easter Revision Camp.
Building on the success of last year’s camp, pupils due to sit their exams in April and May can benefit from additional support and direction with their revision.
Taking place during the first two weeks in April, the camp is designed to provide focused, structured and effective sessions tailored to key subjects and exam requirements. Each course consists of nine hours of tuition (3 x 3 hours session) and will be delivered in-person by Albyn School teachers in school premises on Queen’s Road.
Revision Camp is ideal for those who need to concentrate on specific subjects and want to improve their exam technique and time management. Subjects on offer are Biology (National 5 and Higher), Human Biology (Higher), Chemistry (National 5), Maths (National 5 and Higher), English (National 5 and Higher), French (National 5), PE (Higher) and Latin (National 5 and Higher).
A low student to teacher ratio will ensure individuals can benefit from tailored learning and have the opportunity to address any specific areas of concern. With an understanding that every individual learns differently, Albyn’s experienced teachers use engaging methods to ensure maximum retention and understanding.
David Starbuck, head of Albyn School, said: “Our Easter Revision Camp is a fantastic opportunity for pupils to consolidate their learning, build confidence and refine exam techniques in a supportive environment.
"With our expert teachers, focused sessions and a structured approach, the camp aims to provide pupils with the knowledge and tools to face their exams with courage and confidence.”
