Legal, financial and property, firm, Aberdein Considine, has been shortlisted in four categories at The Herald’s Law Awards of Scotland 2024.
The awards, now in their 20th year, celebrate the influential figures and firms in the Scottish legal sector.
Aberdein Considine has been recognised for its significant achievements in the legal field, securing nominations for Litigation Team of the Year, Debt Recovery Team of the Year, and Employment and Pensions Team of the Year.
Elaine Elder, a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, has also been shortlisted for Solicitor of the Year, which commends significant legal skills, innovative approaches to meeting client demands, and project implementation.
Elaine began her career at Aberdein Considine in 2009, gaining experience in contentious matters including professional negligence, commercial debt recovery, insolvency and landlord and tenant disputes. Latterly, she has focused on complex recoveries in relation to business and commercial debt.

The award ceremony will take place in Glasgow on Friday, November 15.
