Aberdein Considine has announced the appointment of Graham Crocket as national estate agency director.

Graham, who has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and a distinguished track record in leadership, joins at an exciting time with continued growth in the firm’s estate agency and residential property divisions.

A full service and award-winning law firm, Aberdein Considine is also Scotland’s largest solicitor estate agent, with a national network of high street branches, including in the key cities of Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and Stirling.

Having previously held the position of area director at Countrywide, Graham’s appointment reflects Aberdein Considine’s continued commitment to strengthening its estate agency management team and will support the strategic growth in residential property across the country.

This evolution in the firm’s estate agency offer complements its major investment in private client services, as well as the recent enlargement of its corporate and business advisory team in response to growing demand.

Michael Sinclair, senior property partner at Aberdein Considine, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Graham Crocket on board as our new national estate agency director. He brings extensive experience in leading high performing teams and driving strategic growth, underpinned by a leadership approach that prioritises people, collaboration and professional excellence. His ability to cultivate strong relationships and foster a positive working culture has been a defining feature of his career to date and these are very much qualities which align with our own values and goals.”
