Aberdeen Harbour Board has appointed Jeanine Maindron as head of organisational development.
Jeanine will lead the development and delivery of the Harbour’s People and Culture strategy and will join the executive leadership team.
Jeanine joins the Harbour Board from Balfour Beatty, where she was Head of HR (AWPR) – a joint venture between Balfour Beatty, GallifordTry and Carillion. She has more than 15 years’ experience in HR leadership in several organisations, including Dixon’s Stores Group and Sainsbury’s. Jeanine is a Fellow of the CIPD and has a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management.
