Aberdeen FC has put an interim coaching team in place following the departure of manager Stephen Glass.
Glass left the Dons with immediate effect alongside coaches Allan Russell and Henry Apaloo.
A club spokesman said: "We would like to thank Stephen, Allan and Henry for their efforts and wish them the best in their future careers.
"The process to appoint a new manager will commence immediately."
Former Celtic manager Neil Lennon and ex-Hibs boss Jack Ross are among the early favourites for the job, according to bookmakers.
An interim coaching team led by Barry Robson will look after first team affairs in the short-term. Neil Simpson, Scott Anderson and team captain, Scott Brown will also assist.
They will hold their first training session with the playing squad today as they prepare for the visit of St Johnstone to Pittodrie in the cinch Premiership.
