Aberdeen-based creative agency Hampton has made a number of appointments following a period of strong growth and a company rebrand.
The business, which came under new ownership in 2017 and was formerly known as Hampton Associates, has taken on three new members of staff in the past two months to deal with an increased demand for its services.
Pete McIntosh joins as account manager, while Rhona Hourston and Zoe Powell both join as graphic designers.
Prior to his move to Hampton, Pete was head of creative at Bauer Media’s Northsound Radio and Radio Tay and has both agency and in-house communications experience.
Rhona joined from North East Scotland College where she gained a HND in Visual Communication having returned to studying after a period working in the oil and gas industry, while Zoe joins from Gray’s School of Art where she obtained a BA Hons in Communication Design.
The appointments come on the back of a number of significant contract wins in the past six months as well as the expansion of current client accounts.
Hampton owner and managing director, Skerry Read said: “The new appointments come at a really exciting time.
“Not only have we rebranded, but we have also added a number of new services to the business, ensuring we can provide our clients with a truly integrated communications offering.
“We have ambitious plans and strengthening the team now provides us with a fantastic platform from which to grow further, both here in the North-east and beyond.”
Established in 1996 Hampton comprises a team of 18 brand development, marketing, PR, web design and digital communications specialists.
