Owner Craig Thom has plans to open a new art gallery and café in May, before opening a new absinthe bar in the basement, Bonne Nuit, in July.
The bar will serve late night food and will have a French jazz theme throughout.
Upstairs, a private dining room will cater to up to 40 people, as well as the 40 person-cover main dining area.
