Aberdeen-based technology provider ARO is hosting an event on Thursday March 6 (1.30 – 5.30pm) at The Chester Hotel to showcase the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cutting-edge security frameworks for modern organisations.
The event features two focused sessions. The first, “AI & You - The Latest in AI and Security,” will provide an overview of AI’s capabilities, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, the benefits and risks of AI adoption, and the critical role of Secure+ in protecting Microsoft environments.
The second session, “Securing the Future - The Journey Through Network Security,” will explore current trends in networking, such as telemetry and segmentation, and explain advanced security models, including Zero Trust and SASE.
Attendees will also gain insights into the UK Government’s AI Opportunities Action Plan, which seeks to foster AI innovation, promote ethical adoption, and position the UK as a global leader in AI technology.
ARO’s experts will offer practical guidance on how businesses can adopt these technologies safely and effectively.
Wayne Mackay, regional director for ARO’s Aberdeen office, said: “This event reflects our commitment to empowering businesses in the North-east with the tools and insights needed to thrive in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
"We are bringing global innovations to local organisations, helping them stay ahead in their industries.”
ARO recently expanded into a new office in Kingshill Park, improving its ability to deliver enterprise-level support with a local presence, backed by a national network of 440 employees serving 8,800 customers globally.
