Aberdeen-based brand engagement consultancy Korero, has expanded into a new west-end office following a period of significant growth.
The company, which provides strategic public relations, marketing and employee communications support to SMEs (small medium enterprises), is now based in Queen’s Road. It works with clients both in the north-east of Scotland and in Oslo, Norway.
As part of its expansion, Korero, which is a finalist in this year’s Northern Star Business Awards, has also appointed Senior PR Consultant, Claire McCabe. Claire brings more than 18 years of media expertise to the business and has worked on award winning campaigns with several leading PR agencies.

The recent expansion follows a series of new contract wins and will allow the business to continue to grow its team and as well as its north east presence.
Korero was launched in 2014 by director Alison Ellis, who has almost 20 years’ experience of working as a journalist, for international PR agencies and in-house for a ‘big six’ energy company. The company’s strategic approach ensures that all activity is aligned with clients’ core business objectives. From one off projects to fully integrated campaigns, Korero works with a range of clients within technology, healthcare, oil and gas, consumer, and arts sectors.
Korero is a finalist in the Best Campaign category of the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce Northern Star Business Awards for the Look Again Visual Art and Design campaign 2016. The winners of the prestigious awards will be announced at the ceremony on September 22.
