The Cash for Kids Golf Day is an event that bring corporates and keen golfers across the city and rest of the North-east together.

Proudly sponsored by Rockwealth the Golf Day is an event run by charity Cash for Kids. After the success of the event in 2024, Cash for Kids, Rockwealth and Newburgh Links Golf Club are very excited for an un-fore-gettable day!
This Texas scramble competition set along the beautiful banks of the river Ythan is a great opportunity to get out on the course on a June summers day, enjoy a breakfast roll and lunch, whilst raising crucial funds for local children affected by poverty, neglect, abuse, illness or who have additional needs.
Due to the cost-of-living crisis, the charity is anticipating their highest level of demand for support ever. This year across North-east Scotland Cash for Kids has already received applications numerous applications in the first quarterly grant round.
Jamie Smith, charity manager, said: "We are excited to bring back the Charity Golf Day at Newburgh Links and bring together our supporters for a fun day.
"Every pound raised will make a significant difference in the lives of children in our community.
"We are grateful for the continued support from our participants, sponsors, and volunteers. A huge thanks to RockWealth Aberdeen Ltd and OGV Energy for supporting the day, without whom we would not be able to put this on.
"We hope that as many of our golf enthusiast supporters can join us for a great day and making a difference to local children's lives. Together, we can ensure that every child in North-east Scotland has the opportunity to thrive."
