Data communications, telecoms, and cyber-security specialist, 4MS Network Solutions Ltd, has announced the expansion of its business operations and the launch of a new office in Glasgow.
Having many years’ experience within the energy and renewables sector, the expansion aligns to 4MS Energy Transition strategy with the opportunity to widen its business reach.
Already experiencing demand in the renewables sector has resulted in expanding operations from its traditional Aberdeen base.
4MS has appointed Stuart Little as business services consultant to lead the Glasgow operations.
With over 30 years’ experience and a proven track record of establishing a similar business in central Scotland, Stuart brings a wealth of expertise to the role.
Co-founder and managing director Hugh MacKay expressed his excitement about the expansion, stating: "Having a permanent presence in Glasgow is a significant milestone for 4MS.
"We are excited to bring our skills and expertise to central Scotland as many of our renewable energy customers have presence in this region.
"We are also thrilled to have Stuart on board as his business experience aligns perfectly with our goals."
Stuart Little added: "I joined 4MS as I saw the potential for them to rapidly expand due to their track record and expertise in delivering solutions over many years.
"They have a highly skilled workforce of consultants and engineers renowned and trusted to deliver and support solutions in some of the most challenging locations, including industrial and offshore environments.
"The Glasgow office will allow us to engage in the wider market, including the expansion of renewables and industrial IoT markets for our services."
Headquartered in Aberdeen, 4MS works with a portfolio of clients across the UK and globally.
Deeply committed to being a trusted advisor and partner to its clients, 4MS focuses on delivering quality solutions.
The team's meticulous approach and culture, established since 2007 by the four founders who remain with the business in customer-facing roles, will support their business expansion.
