Halo Accident Repair Centre has agreed a new 10-year lease on a unit in the Energy Transition Zone )ETZ) on Souter Head Road in Aberdeen.
The firm will rent the newly refurbished unit for a six-figure sum per year, The Press and Journal reports.
It will be located in unit two and will pay rent of £105,000 annually for the 9,108 sq ft property. Both units sit within the Energy Transition Zone (ETZ).
With the completion of the deal, it means there is just one property left to let at the Epic Alva 1 site, a joint venture between David Mitchell of Manse LLP and a private investor
A seven-figure refurbishment of the the site was completed at the beginning of autumn.
