Day 1 focuses on the foundations of visionary leadership, understanding and expanding your leadership style, and the principles of Human Quotient (HQ) leadership. Participants will engage in interactive activities, delve into personality profiling to enhance self-awareness, and explore change management strategies essential for today’s fast-paced environments.
There is a week between sessions, which serves as a critical reflection period. Participants are encouraged to apply their leanings, observe their leadership in action and prepare for deeper exploration.
Day 2 reconvenes with a focus on application and transformation. Sessions on creating psychological safety, driving innovation, and crafting and communicating a compelling vision are complemented by advanced executive coaching tools and strategies. The day culminates with exploring ethical leadership and sustainability, preparing leaders to make impactful decisions in complex scenarios.
