Exporters, we have a problem

We’ve got a problem.

You can’t see what we do. You can’t hear what we do.

You can't taste it, touch it, share it or drop it.

Our basic ingredient is people. Our delivery vans are emails. Our factory is our CRM software. Our conveyor belts are made out of the relationships we have with thousands of people across the country we operate in.

To all intents and purposes, we float in and out on the ether.

And yet every day we try to explain to businesses who we are and what we do.

Although we write text (oh boy, do we love to explain in words) and sometimes draw pictures (but not always very well) we rarely try to inspire and challenge our customers.

Which is why three months ago the whole BPCC Trade team spent hours debating and discussing what was most important to tell our customers and how to explain the process and methodology we use to support them.

We came up with drafts, re-wrote, argued and debated each word until we felt like each one was priceless. And then we sent that to animation and film studio LAMP in Warsaw.

And here it is.

BPCC Trade, distilled, condensed, reduced and bottled into one minute, forty-eight seconds.

What we do, how we do it and why.
