This flexibility has been a major factor in our 94% staff retention rate—remarkable in an industry where annual attrition can reach as high as 200%.

A Commitment to Fair Employment

At Tidy Green Clean, we believe paying the real Living Wage is key to our high retention rates. Many of our employees earn above the Living Wage, even when it's not mandated by contract. We also reward length of service with higher pay, particularly for those in supervisory or key positions. In addition to competitive wages, we offer a range of benefits to support our employees' financial wellbeing. If a staff member needs an advance on their pay, we provide it, reducing the stress of managing everyday financial concerns.

Unlike many companies, we do not utilise zero-hour contracts. We believe in offering our employees stability and predictability in their work schedules. Our team members receive their work schedules at least four weeks in advance, allowing them to plan their personal lives with confidence.
