Last month, we had the pleasure of welcoming clients and colleagues to celebrate the official launch of our brand new Fraserburgh office! 

The event was a huge success, bringing together key clients and partners for a tour of our newly renovated space and an opportunity to mark this exciting new chapter for our firm. 

Now that we’ve officially settled in, we wanted to share more about the journey to our new location, what this expansion means for our team and clients, and some of the fantastic features of our upgraded office.

The continued success and growth of our Fraserburgh team, led by SBP Partner Ronnie Birnie, created a strong need for a more modern, spacious, and accessible office. We were on the hunt for a location that was central within the town, offering easy access for our clients while also providing on-site parking or nearby facilities. This location was also important to us in order to ensure that we remain at the heart of the Fraserburgh community.

While the size of the new office is comparable to our previous location, the layout has been greatly improved to enhance both client and staff experience. The reception area has been designed to be bright and welcoming, creating an excellent first impression. The spacious front meeting room comfortably accommodates six people and is equipped with display screen facilities, providing a professional space for client consultations. The main work area has been carefully planned to ensure an efficient and collaborative environment, while additional meeting offices at the rear of the building allow for private discussions when needed.

One of the most notable improvements is that all meeting rooms are now located on the ground floor, removing the need to navigate stairs, which is an important upgrade from our previous office. We are also proud that the new office is fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring a welcoming space for all our clients. These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to providing a high-quality service in an environment that is both modern and comfortable.

This move is more than just a change of address, it is a statement of our long-term commitment to Fraserburgh. With an already strong and loyal client base, we are excited to continue expanding our reach and strengthening our presence in the area. The new office provides us with the space and resources to support this growth, allowing us to build upon the solid foundations we have established over the years.

Transforming the new space into a state-of-the-art office required significant renovations. Originally a photography studio, the property was purchased in August 2024, with work beginning later in the year following plan approval. Key modifications included the installation of an additional front window to enhance natural light, as well as roof windows at the rear of the building to brighten the space throughout. A full interior refurbishment was carried out to create a professional and welcoming workspace. The renovations were completed by late February 2025, and we successfully moved into the new office in early March. 

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our main contractor, Stephen Duncan, for his excellent work, and to architect Richard Tinto for his fantastic design contributions.

The launch event was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate this milestone with our clients, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended and supported us. As we settle into our new space, we look forward to continuing to grow, welcoming new clients, and strengthening our presence in Fraserburgh.
